Դաշտային շարժական հոսպիտալի անձնակազմը մասնակցել է «Քաջարի մարտիկ-2024» զորավարժության բացման արարողությանը:
Մայիսի 3-ին Հունգարիայի Վարպալոտա քաղաքի մոտ գտնվող Բակոնիկուտի զորավարժարանում մեկնարկել է «Քաջարի մարտիկ-2024» ռազմաբժշկական զորավարժության ակտիվ փուլը: ՀՀ ՊՆ ռազմաբժշկական ապահովման վարչության ենթակայությամբ գործող 2-րդ մակարդակի դաշտային շարժական հոսպիտալի անձնակազմը մասնակցել է զորավարժության բացման հանդիսավոր արարողությանը: ՆԱՏՕ-ի ռազմաբժշկական գերազանցության կենտրոնի ղեկավար, գնդապետ Լացլո Ֆազեկասը շնորհավորել է մասնակիցներին՝ ընդգծելով, որ ռազմաբժշկական զորավարժությունը հրաշալի հնարավորություն է՝ բարիդրացիական և գործընկերային միջավայրում միմյանցից սովորելու և գիտելիքներով, փորձով փոխանակվելու, ինչպես նաև համագործակցությունը խորացնելու համար: Բազմազգ զորավարժության հիմնական նպատակը համաժամանակյա գործողությունների շրջանակում գործնական հմտությունների կատարելագործումն է, որը միտված է բարձրացնելու ՆԱՏՕ-ի անդամ և գործընկեր երկրների բժշկական ապաhովման համակարգերի փոխգործակցության արդյունավետությունը: Հիշեցնենք, որ «Քաջարի մարտիկ-2024» ռազմաբժշկական զորավարժությանը մասնակցում են 32 երկրների և քաղաքացիական 7 կազմակերպությունների ավելի քան 1600 ներկայացուցիչներ:

ՀՀ պաշտպանության նախարարի տեղակալ Արման Սարգսյանի գլխավորած պատվիրակությունն այցելել է Գերմանիայի Դաշնային Հանրապետության Հոհենֆելս քաղաքում տեղակայված ԱՄՆ ռազմաբազայում անցկացվող «Միաձուլված սուր-2023» բազմազգ զորավարժությանը մասնակցող ՀՀ ԶՈՒ ռազմաբժշկական վարչության դաշտային շարժական հոսպիտալ։ Այցի ընթացքում ԱՄՆ կազմակերպիչների կողմից պատվիրակությանն են ներկայացվել զորավարժության մտահղացումը, իրականացվող միջոցառումները, զորավարժության ընթացքը և փոխգործակցության կազմակերպումը։ Պատվիրակությունը եղել է հոսպիտալի ծավալման շրջանում, տեղում ծանոթացել կատարվող աշխատանքներին, վարժանքների կազմակերպման ընթացքին, պայմաններին, զրուցել և ոգևորել է զորավարժությանը մասնակցող բժշկական անձնակազմին։ Այցի ավարտին զորավարժության ամերիկյան կողմի հետ քննարկվել և համաձայնեցվել են հետագա փոխգործակցությանը վերաբերող հարցեր։ Ինչպես զորավարժության կազմակերպիչների, այնպես էլ մասնակից այլ պետությունների կողմից բարձր են գնահատվել ՀՀ ԶՈՒ դաշտային հոսպիտալի պատրաստվածությունը, տարբեր իրավիճակներում արագ արձագանքելու ու գործելու կարողությունը, ինչպես նաև անձնակազմի անհատական պատրաստվածության ու արհեստավարժության մակարդակը։

А delegation led by the Deputy Chief of the General Staff of the Armed Forces of the Republic of Armenia participated in the annual discussions
From April 29 to 30, a delegation led by the Deputy Chief of the General Staff of the Armed Forces of the Republic of Armenia, Colonel Artur Yeroyan, participated in the annual discussions of the RA Ministry of Defense and the NATO Defense Education Enhancement Program (DEEP) in Armenia at NATO headquarters. During the meeting, the parties reviewed the support provided to military educational institutions and training centers in Armenia under the DEEP framework and identified new areas of cooperation. The parties agreed on a cooperation program for 2024, and prospects for cooperation in 2025 were outlined. Additionally, Colonel Yeroyan held a private discussion with the Director of the Cooperative Security Division of the NATO International Military Staff, Dacian-Tiberiu Șerban. The current RA-NATO military cooperation programs and possibilities for their expansion were discussed.

The MoD of Azerbaijan spread disinformation
The statement of the Ministry of Defence of Azerbaijan alleging that on April 13th, at around 08:30 am, the units of the Armed Forces of the Republic of Armenia opened fire toward Azerbaijani combat positions located in the northeastern part of the border, does not correspond to reality.
Suren Papikyan received the U.S. Ambassador
On May 2, the Minister of Defense of the Republic of Armenia, Suren Papikyan, received the U.S. Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary to the Republic of Armenia, Kristina Kvien. During the meeting, the parties discussed the current state of cooperation between the Republic of Armenia and the United States in the defense field, as well as future development prospects. Both sides highly valued the current level of cooperation, and the American side expressed readiness to continue supporting the defense reforms being implemented in Armenia. Additionally, the meeting addressed issues related to regional security. At the conclusion of the meeting, Minister Papikyan and Ambassador Kvien signed an agreement to extend the validity period of the Agreement between the Government of the Republic of Armenia and the Government of the United States of America Concerning Cooperation in the Area of Counterproliferation of Weapons of Mass Destruction.

On April 30, the Minister of Defence of the Republic of Armenia, Suren Papikyan, received a member of the Committee on Foreign Affairs, Defence and Armed Forces, and Committee on European Affairs of the French Senate, Ronan Le Gleut. The Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the French Republic to the Republic of Armenia, Olivier Decottigness, was also in attendance at the meeting. Discussions during the meeting encompassed Armenia-France bilateral cooperation in the defence field, as well as cooperation with the European Union. Additionally, various topics related to regional security and the substantial reforms within the Armenian Armed Forces were addressed.
The KFOR command highly valued the service of the Armenian military contingent
The NATO KFOR Command conducted a visit to the location of the Republic of Armenia's contingent stationed in Kosovo. During the visit, the Commander of the military contingent, Captain Vardan Amiryan, briefed the KFOR command on the contingent's responsibilities in area protection and the operational aspects of their service. The KFOR command highly valued the service of the Armenian military contingent. As a token of appreciation, the Commander of the Camp, Colonel Tim Daly, and Chief of Staff of KFOR, Brigadier General John Bozicevic presented awards to the commander of the military contingent, Captain Vardan Amiryan, and several other servicemembers.

The Ministry of Defence of Azerbaijan continues to disseminate disinformation
The Ministry of Defence of Azerbaijan continues to disseminate disinformation, alleging that the Armed Forces of the Republic of Armenia are actively concentrating, actively moving personnel, armored vehicles, artillery, and other weaponry in various directions along the border. Additionally, the Azerbaijani MoD has released edited videos depicting engineering, fortification, and construction activities of infrastructure of defensive nature and purpose in general undertaken in recent months in the rear protection areas of the Armed Forces of the Republic of Armenia, thus trying to present it as intensive activities and troop build-ups along the front lines in the last few days. The Ministry of Defence of the Republic of Armenia asserts that the implementation of engineering works within the sovereign territory of Armenia is the exclusive sovereign right of the Republic of Armenia. These activities are purely defensive and are aimed at safeguarding the territorial integrity of the Republic of Armenia. As previously stated, the Ministry of Defence of the Republic of Armenia deems the operational situation along the Armenia-Azerbaijan state border to be stable. Consequently, the MoD does not perceive the necessity to implement additional measures for border protection. Therefore, the information regarding troop concentration is not reflective of the current reality.

Exchange of expertise in public relations and communications at the MoD
On April 1, the US mobile training team visited the Republic of Armenia as part of the Armenia-US defense cooperation. From April 1 to 5, the instructors will engage in an exchange of expertise in public relations and communications at the administrative complex of the Ministry of Defense. This exchange will involve cooperation with the Department of Information and Public Affairs of the MoD, as well as with personnel from the state institution "Zinuzh Media." The program commenced with a speech by the First Deputy Minister of Defense of the Republic of Armenia-Chief of the General Staff of the Armed Forces, Lieutenant General Edward Asryan.

The information disseminated by the Azerbaijani media regarding the alleged opening of fire by Armenian border guards on the Kapan-Zangelan section of the Armenia-Azerbaijan state border on February 12 is under investigation. Written orders from the superior command clearly define the circumstances under which a serviceman is permitted or obligated to open fire. Preliminary findings indicate that no such situation occurred in this area on February 12. If this is confirmed, those responsible for violating the orders will be held accountable. On February 17, RA Deputy Defence Minister Arman Sargsyan received a delegation of co-rapporteurs of the Monitoring Commission of the Parliamentary Assembly of the Council of Europe on Armenia Kimo Kilyunen, Boriana Aberg and Secretary of the Commission Matthew Monin, who arrived in the Republic of Armenia on a fact-finding mission. During the meeting, the Deputy Defence Minister presented the situation on the Armenian-Azerbaijani border to the guests, a number of issues related to regional security were discussed.

On November 25, RA Deputy Defence Minister Arman Sargsyan received Michael Zibert, Managing Director of the European External Action Service for Russia, Eastern Partnership, Central Asia, Regional Cooperation and OSCE. Andrea Victorin, head of the EU delegation to Armenia, ambassador extraordinary and plenipotentiary, also participated in the meeting. During the meeting, Arman Sargsyan presented the situation on the Armenian-Azerbaijani border to the guests. The parties also discussed issues related to the activity of EU observational capacities. The Deputy Minister of Defence reaffirmed the willingness to support the mission.

The graduation event of graduates of the "I have the Honor" program for 2022 took place
On November 1, the graduation event of graduates of the "I have the Honor" program in 2022 was held at the V. Sargsyan Military University of the Ministry of Defence of the Republic of Armenia. In parallel with obtaining higher education in civilian universities, cadets who have mastered military affairs for two and a half years have today sworn to selflessly serve the Motherland in the shoulder straps of the first officer rank- lieutenant. Armenian Deputy Defence Minister Arman Sargsyan congratulated the officers who joined the ranks of the Armenian army. He expressed confidence that the lieutenants who have mastered the exact sciences and humanities at universities, who have mastered military affairs during theoretical classes and training camp, platoon commanders, will give a new breath and quality to the armed forces and will contribute to improving the combat capability of the army. On the same day, a draw was held in the administrative complex of the Ministry of Defence to determine the places of further service of graduates of the "I have the Honor" program.
