The RA Minister of Defence received the Ambassador of Iran

On March 15, RA Minister of Defence Suren Papikyan received Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Islamic Republic of Iran to the Republic of Armenia Abbas Badakhshan Zohuri. The military attaché of the Embassy of the Islamic Republic of Iran in Armenia, Colonel Bahman Sadeghin also took part in the meeting.

The parties touched upon the prospects of the Armenian-Iranian bilateral cooperation, discussed a number of issues related to regional and international security.

The RA Minister of Defence also presented the situation on the Armenian-Azerbaijani border in Artsakh.
