The Minister of Defence of the Republic of Armenia Suren Papikyan met with Mr. James A. Hursch, Director of the Defense Security Cooperation Agency (DSCA) of the Defence Department of the USA within the framework of a working visit to the UAE, on February 20.
A number of issues related to the possibilities of military-technical cooperation were discussed at the meeting.
