The Minister of Defence of the Republic of Armenia Suren Papikyan and the Minister of Defence of the Republic of Cyprus Vasilis Palmas made a joint statement to the press at the RA Ministry of Defence.
Afterwards, the Defence Minister of Cyprus planted a personalized spruce tree on the premises of the Ministry of Defence’s administrative complex.
