On September 19, the Minister of Defence of the Republic of Armenia Suren Papikyan received the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Slovak Republic to the Republic of Armenia Miroslav Hatsek along with the newly appointed Defence Attaché Colonel Milan Shinta.
The Minister of Defence extended his congratulations to Colonel Shinta on his assumption of office and wished him success in his new role.
During the meeting, the parties discussed the prospects for cooperation between Armenia and Slovakia in the field of defence and expressed their readiness to further develop it. They also touched on issues related to regional security.
