On November 9, the Chief of the General Staff of the RA Armed Forces - First Deputy Minister of Defence, Lieutenant General Edward Asryan had a meeting with the Chief of the General Staff of the Republic of Italy, Admiral Giuseppe Cavo Dragone, who is in Armenia on a working visit.
Issues related to bilateral cooperation were discussed, and the directions for cooperation between the Italian and Armenian Armed Forces in 2024 were also outlined.
Then, accompanied by Edward Asryan, the delegation led by Giuseppe Cavo Dragone visited the “Yerablur” military pantheon, and paid tribute to the memory of the heroes who sacrificed their lives for the defence of the Motherland.
