A solemn event dedicated to the International Women's Day was held at the UN-sponsored peacekeeping mission in Lebanon.

Within the framework of the event, the female servicemen of the Armenian military group included in the peacekeeping mission were also highly praised for their conscientious service and awarded by the command.
