On November 23, a session of the Collective Security Council of the Collective Security Treaty Organization was held in Yerevan with the participation of the secretaries of the National Security Councils, Ministers of Foreign Affairs and Defence of the CSTO member states.
Immediately after the meeting, the Defense Ministers of the Republic of Armenia and the Russian Federation had a short private conversation. Suren Papikyan and Sergey Shoigu exchanged views on a number of issues of bilateral interest, as well as related to defense cooperation.
