On April 23, the Minister of Defence of the Republic of Armenia Suren Papikyan met with the Prime Minister of Georgia Irakli Kobakhidze in Tbilisi.

Suren Papikyan conveyed to Prime Minister Kobakhidze warm greetings from the Prime Minister of the Republic of Armenia Nikol Pashinyan.

Minister Suren Papikyan presented the priorities and prospects of cooperation, highly evaluating the process of bilateral cooperation in the defence sector.

During the meeting, the parties discussed issues related to regional security, in the context of which they emphasized that the establishment of long-lasting peace in the region will contribute to the development and prosperity of all countries in the region.
