The delegation of the RA Ministry of Defence participates in the World Cadet Games

The delegation of the RA Ministry of Defence is participating in the World Cadet Games held from August 4 to 12 in St. Petersburg under the auspices of the International Military Sports Council (CISM).

Armenian sportsmen-servicemen demonstrated good results in various competitions. In particular, Artur Barseghyan (swimming, butterfly) and Gor Beglaryan (track and field, long jump) won gold medals. Yervand Mkrtchyan won a silver medal (track and field, 800m run), Razmik Mkrtchyan won a bronze medal (track and field, 100m run).

The national team of the RA Ministry of Defence is in the 2nd place among 20 countries.
