In order to develop the professional knowledge of the personnel, on December 27 and 28 staff trainings were held in the N army corps.

The subdivisions were moved to the designated areas, field command posts were deployed. The command staff presented the process of preparation and conduct of the offensive battle, clarified the actions of the personnel.
