Within the framework of the "Human Rights and Women in the Armed Forces of Armenia - Phase II" program of the Council of Europe, on August 25-26, a training course on the topic "Effective leadership" was held for the management staff of the Social Protection of Servicemen Department of the RA Ministry of Defence.
The course aimed at developing the management skills of the participants and increasing work efficiency was conducted by Maria Hovumyan, an expert of the Council of Europe.
The program is implemented by the Council of Europe, as part of the CE for Armenia 2019-2022 program.
