Suren Papikyan followed the process of organizing the service and activities for tactical training, construction work in military units. The head of the Defence Department paid special attention to the social and living conditions of military units, as well as issues of catering for military personnel.

On the same day, the Minister also visited the Zangezur garrison hospital. Suren Papikyan was presented with the level of provision of necessary medicines, as well as equipment with modern medical equipment. The Minister of Defence talked to the servicemen undergoing treatment in the hospital, wished them health and a speedy recovery.
