Reports were presented on the measures taken to strengthen combat training, the organization of combat duty, the moral and psychological state and the military discipline of the servicemen.

Summing up the results of the work performed, the commander of the military unit, Colonel A. Tsakanyan, noted the existing shortcomings, gave instructions on their correction, encouraged the subdivisions and servicemen who showed the best results.
