The MoD of Azerbaijan spread a disinformation, claiming that on October 13, between 3:15p.m. and 3:50p.m units of the Armenian Armed Forces opened fire in the direction of the Azerbaijani positions located in the southeastern part of the Armenian-Azerbaijani border.
