The Ministry of Defence of Azerbaijan has spread disinformation claiming that on April 23, at around 3.10 p.m., the units of the RA Armed Forces opened fire in the direction of the Azerbaijani combat positions located in the south-eastern part of the Armenian-Azerbaijani border zone.
