On September 13, during his visit to the People’s Republic of China, the Minister of Defence of the Republic of Armenia, Suren Papikyan, participated in the opening ceremony and plenary session of the 11th Xiangshan Forum, held in Beijing.
The Forum is organized under the theme “Promoting Peace for a Shared Future.” The program includes four plenary sessions focusing on security cooperation in the Asia-Pacific region, trends in the International Order, the development of the Global South, and World Peaceful governance mechanisms.
