The head of the Defence Ministry informed the ambassador about the situation in the region, presented the latest developments in the border regions of Armenia.

The interlocutors discussed issues of Armenian-Kazakh cooperation in the defence sphere, in particular, the ways of further expansion of cooperation, the progress and deadlines of measures envisaged within the framework of multilateral formats.

During the meeting, views were also exchanged on international and regional security issues.
