On July 21, a meeting of the military council was held under the leadership of the Chief of the General Staff of the RA Armed Forces- First Deputy Minister of Defence, Lieutenant General Edward Asryan at the MoD premises.
During the meeting, the topics on the reforms being carried out in the Armed Forces were touched upon, as well as the programs conducted in this context and plans for the near future. Issues related to the implementation of the concept of "Mission Command", the development of professional NCOs system and a number of other topics were discussed.
Afterwards, reports were made, proposals were presented.
