The meeting of the Committee of the heads of the bodies for work with the personnel of the defence ministries of the CIS states was held

According to the 2022 plan of the Council of Defence Ministers of the CIS member states (CIS CDM), on August 26, the regular meeting of the Committee of the heads of the bodies for work with the personnel of the defence ministries of the CIS member states was held in the administrative complex of the RA Defence Ministry.
Delegations of defence ministries of the CIS countries and representatives of the Secretariat of the CIS Council of Defence Ministers participated in the meeting. Arman Sargsyan, Deputy Minister of Defence of the Republic of Armenia, made a welcome speech at the event.

During the meeting, Deputy Minister of Defence of the Russian Federation - Head of the Main Military-Political Department of the Russian Armed Forces, General-Colonel Victor Goremikin was elected secretary of the Committee, who presented the activities carried out between the Armed Forces of the CIS member states in the field of working with personnel, noted the importance of ensuring their continuity and development.

The participants of the meeting approved the information presented by the head of the Department of Moral and Psychological Support of the RA Armed Forces, colonel S. Stepanyan, about the main directions of the management work with the RA Armed Forces personnel.

At the regular meeting of the committee of heads of bodies for work with personnel of the Ministries of Defence of the CIS member states, decisions were made aimed at developing a system of multilateral military cooperation in the field of work with military personnel.
