On July 9th, the Minister of Defence of the Republic of Armenia, Suren Papikyan, received the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Islamic Republic of Iran to the Republic of Armenia, H.E. Mr. Mehdi Sobhani.
The newly appointed Defence Attaché of the Embassy of the IRI in the RA, Colonel Mohammad Najafi, also participated in the meeting.
Minister Papikyan extended congratulations to the newly appointed Defence Attaché and conveyed his best wishes for success in his pivotal mission.
Furthermore, Suren Papikyan expressed gratitude to the former Defence Attaché, Colonel Bahman Sadeghin for productive cooperation.
