Փետրվարի 21-ին ՀՀ պաշտպանության նախարարությունում մեկնարկել է ՀՀ զինված ուժերի ղեկավար կազմի օպերատիվ հավաքը: Բացման խոսքով հանդես է եկել պաշտպանության նախարար Սեյրան Օհանյանը: Դասախոսություններով ու ելույթներով հանդես են եկել ՀՀ վարչապետ Տիգրան Սարգսյանը, Ազգային անվտանգության խորհրդի քարտուղար Արթուր Բաղդասարյանը, արտաքին գործերի նախարար Էդվարդ Նալբանդյանը, զինվորական դատախազ Գևորգ Կոստանյանը, ինչպես նաև բարձրագույն սպայակազմի ներկայացուցիչներ: Օպերատիվ հավաքը, որի նպատակն է բարձրացնել և կատարելագործել օպերատիվ շտաբների սպաների գիտելիքները ռազմավարության և օպերատիվ արվեստի բնագավառներում, տևելու է մինչև փետրվարի 24-ը:

Զրույց ՀՀ նախագահի խորհրդական, ՀՀ նախագահի գլխավոր ռազմական տեսուչ գեներալ – գնդապետ ՄԻՔԱՅԵԼ ՀԱՐՈՒԹՅՈՒՆՅԱՆԻ հետ «Հայ զինվոր», թիվ 6 (871), 16-23 փետրվարի, 2011թ. -Պարոն Հարությունյան, Ձեր կերպարն այնքան ներդաշնակ է զինվորականի մասին համընդհանուր պատկերացումներին։ Զինվորականներ կան, որոնք ասես համազգեստով են ծնվել… -Իմ կերպա՞րը… իսկ ինչպիսի՞ն է իմ կերպարը ժողովրդի պատկերացմամբ։ -Խիստ, կտրուկ, անզիջում, հավասարակշիռ, պրագմատիկ… գեներալական համազգեստը… -Գեներալական համազգեստի տակ ապրող, զգացող հոգի է, որը կարոտներ ունի, սերեր, կորուստներ, թուլություններ… Երբեմն թվում է՝ երեկ էր, երբեմն թվում է՝ մի ամբողջ հավերժություն է անցել… Հորս կորցրի, երբ չորս տարեկան էի, գրեթե չեմ հիշում նրան։ Հայրս եղել է ու կմնա իմ ամենամեծ հպարտությունը։ Հորս բարի անունը, համբավն ու հեղինակությունը միշտ ուղեկցել են ինձ։ Նրան օրհնանքով էին հիշում։ Մտածում եմ, որ հայրս իր հիշատակով ավելի շատ է դաստիարակել ինձ, քան կդաստիարակեր, եթե կենդանի լիներ։ Նա հեռացավ՝ թողնելով մի անսահման հպարտություն ու մի մեծ պարտք՝ իր հիշատակի առաջ։ Այդ պարտքը ես մարում եմ մինչ օրս։ Մայրս արժանապատվորեն իր ուսերին առավ միայնակ յոթ զավակ մեծացնելու ծանր բեռը։ Նա խիստ կին էր, հազվադեպ էր ժպտում, երեխաներին երես չէր տալիս ու պատժում էր սխալների համար։ Մենք վախենում էինք մայրիկից։ Ես հետո հասկացա, որ իր սերը, քնքշանքը, թուլությունը պահում էր ներսում. չէ՞ որ պիտի փոխարիներ տան տղամարդուն, պիտի նաեւ հայր լիներ երեխաների համար։ Թերեւս իմ հանդեպ մի քիչ ներողամիտ էր. ես ընտանիքի ամենակրտսեր երեխան էի։ Հավանաբար դա էր պատճառը, որ ես մյուսներից աշխույժ էի, ավելի չար, նույնիսկ կարող էի անկարգություն անել։ Մեր ընտանիքի բոլոր երեխաները մանկուց աշխատել են։ Մեծերը խնամում էին փոքրերին, օգնում էին հոգալ տան կարիքները։ Մենք միշտ կարիքի մեջ ենք եղել, ես դպրոցում սովորելուն զուգընթաց` աշխատել եմ կոլտնտեսությունում։
