Seyran Ohanyan congratulated the military attaché Sergey Nesterenko on his new position and expressed hope that his term will become a stimulus for the further development of bilateral military cooperation, emphasizing the fact that from now on the residence of the military attaché of Ukraine to Armenia will be Yerevan (It was in Tbilisi then).
