ԱվելինSession of Inter-Ministerial Committee Coordinating the Work of the Defense Strategy Re-evaluation.
Today, on March 23, session of inter-ministerial committee, coordinating the work of the Defense Strategy re-evaluation, was held in the Arm Defense Ministry. The National Security Council Secretary Artur Baghdasaryan and the Defense Minister Seyran Ohanyan made speeches. During the meeting the project of public awareness document was discussed which reviews the results of the defense strategy re-evaluation.

In accordance with the agreement made by the Armenian and Azerbaijani presidents on March 5 in Sochi, with the mediation of the president of the Russian Federation, the Armenian side returned the citizen of the Republic of Azerbaijan Anar Hajiyev to the Azerbaijani side, from the contact line of Azerbaijan and Nagorno-Karabakh close to Bash-Qarvend village, who had illegally crossed the Nagorno-Karabakh border on May 10 in 2009. The Azerbaijani side returned the citizen of the Republic of Armenia Arthur Badalyan.

In accordance with the agreement made by the Armenian and Azerbaijani presidents on March 5 in Sochi, with the mediation of the president of the Russian Federation, the Armenian side on March 14 conveyed its willingness to the Head of Red Cross International Committee Office in Yerevan to transfer the Azerbaijani war prisoners from the Armenian side to the Azerbaijani side with the support of the Red Cross International Committee.

Սիրելի զինակից ընկերներ Դեկտեմբերի 3-ը, երբ ողջ աշխարհը նշում է սահմանափակ աշխատունակությամբ մարդկանց օրը, մեզ համար առանձնահատուկ իմաստ ունի, և բոլորս ավելի խորն ենք գիտակցում «Հաշմանդամների միջազգային օր» հասկացությունում ամփոփված ցավն ու խորհուրդը: Սպիտակի աղետալի երկրաշարժը, ապա Արցախյան ազատամարտը շատերին գամեցին սայլակին կամ պատճառելով առողջական անդառնալի վնասներ` զրկեցին լիարժեք աշխատելու և արարելու հնարավորությունից:
