Taking into account the adapted approaches to the reforms underway in Armenian and Russian Armed Forces Organization, the parties touched on issues of education organization and improvement in Russian institutions of higher education and perspectives of cooperation in human resources training field both on bilateral basis and within the framework of CSTO. Building on Armenian-Russian Allied Relations and in order to insure the compatibility of both military educational systems, they underscored the necessity of further collaboration on coordination of military personnel training programs and requirements for qualifications, development of methodological approaches in military education, etc.
