Ի գիտություն ԶԼՄ-ների ներկայացուցիչների
Փետրվարի 15-ին` ժամը 11.00-ին, ՀՀ պաշտպանության նախարարության Դ. Կանայանի անվան ազգային ռազմավարական հետազոտությունների ինստիտուտում տեղի կունենա «Քաղաքական ինստիտուտներ ու գործընթացներ» մասնագիտությամբ ասպիրանտուրայի բացումը: Ասպիրանտուրան նպատակ ունի պատրաստելու անվտանգության քաղաքագիտության ոլորտում ԱՌՀԻ-ի հետ համագործակցող առաջատար մասնագետներ, ստեղծելու նրանց գործնական հետազոտական հմտությունների զարգացմանը նպաստող միջավայր, ապահովելու ԱՌՀԻ-ի ասպիրանտների հետազոտությունների արդյունքների կիառումը ԱՌՀԻ-ի համադասմամբ իրականացվող միջգերատեսչական ծրագրերի շրջանակներում: Բացման նիստին կմասնակցեն են ՀՀ պաշտպանության, կրթության և գիտության նախարարները, ԵՊՀ ռեկտորը և ԱՌՀԻ-ի գիտական խորհրդի անդամները: ՀՀ ՊՆ տեղեկատվության և հասարակայնության հետ կապերի վարչություն

ԱվելինՍ. Օհանյանը հանդիպել է Ֆրանսիայի նախագահի ռազմական հատուկ գրասենյակի ղեկավարի հետ
Պաշտոնական այցով Ֆրանսիայում գտնվող ՀՀ պաշտպանության նախարար Ս. Օհանյանը փետրվարի 11-ին հանդիպել է Ֆրանսիայի նախագահի ռազմական հատուկ գրասենյակի ղեկավար, ծովակալ Էդուար Գիյարի հետ: ՀՀ պաշտպանության նախարար շնորհավորել է ծովակալ Գիյարին Ֆրանսիայի զինված ուժերի գլխավոր շտաբի պետի պաշտոնում նշանակվելու կապակցությամբ: <img width="500" height="185" align="middle" src="/UserFiles/Image/naxara-pariz-2010-02-12-c.jpg" alt=""/>

ԱվելինThe Meetings of the RA Minister of Defence Seyran Ohanyan in Paris
On the 10th of February, 2010 the RA Minister of Defence Seyran Ohanyan met the Minister of Defence of France Mr. Eghve Moghen. After the talk of the heads of the defence departments of the two countries a broader discussion between the delegations was held. The two sides discussed matters of mutual interest, came up with ideas about the regional, European and international challenges, talked about the work done in the frames of the Armenian-French defence cooperation and discussed the prospects for cooperation. The RA Minister of Defence invited his French colleague to make an official visit to Armenia. After the discussions the ministers of defence of the two countries signed an agreement about the Armenian-French bilateral defence cooperation, which will become a legal base for implementing military cooperation between the two countries. <img width="500" height="185" align="middle" src="/UserFiles/Image/naxarari-ayts-2010-02-9-10-e.jpg" alt=""/>

ԱվելինՀՀ պաշտպանության նախարար Սեյրան Օհանյանի հանդիպումները Փարիզում
Փետրվարի 10-ին ՀՀ պաշտպանության նախարար Ս. Օհանյանը հանդիպել է Ֆրանսիայի պաշտպանության նախարար պարոն Էղվե Մողենին: Երկու երկրների պաշտպանական գերատեսչությունների ղեկավարների միջև տեղի ունեցած առանձնազրույցից հետո անցկացվել են պատվիրակությունների ընդլայնված կազմով բանակցություններ: Կողմերը քննարկել են ռազմական համագործակցության երկուստեք հետաքրքրություն ներկայացնող հարցրեր, ներկայացրել են տեսակետներ տարածաշրջանային, եվրոպական և միջազգային անվտանգության մարտահրավերների վերաբերյալ, անդրադարձել են հայ-ֆրանսիական պաշտպանական համագործակցության շրջանակներում իրականացված աշխատանքներին, համագործակցության հեռանկարներին: ՀՀ պաշտպանության նախարարը հրավիրել է ֆրանսիացի իր գործընկերոջը պաշտոնական այցով ժամանել Հայաստան: <img width="500" height="185" align="middle" src="/UserFiles/Image/naxarari-ayts-2010-02-9-10-e.jpg" alt=""/>

ԱվելինThe Visit of the Delegation Headed by the RA Minister of Defence to France Continues
On the 9th of February, 2010 the RA Minister of Defence met the principal of one of the advanced science-research centers in France – Fund-Institute for Military Research – Kamil Gran. After their talk, in a meeting with representatives from French MoD, scientists, journalists and militants, Seyran Ohanyan thoroughly talked about the principles, priorities, the influence of the defence surrounding and the main directions of the international military cooperation of the defence policy of the RA MoD in South Caucasus, and the position of the RA MoD regarding different activities in the region. ԱվելինThe RA Minister of Defence Met the Representatives of the Armenian Community in France
<img width="250" height="167" align="left" src="/UserFiles/Image/naxarari-ayts-pariz-c.jpg" alt=""/>On the 8th of February, 2010 the delegation headed by the RA Minister of Defence Seyran Ohanyan arrived in Paris by the invitation of the Minister of Defence of the Republic of France E. Moghini. In the frames of the visit the Minister is to meet the Minister of Defence of France, Chief of the AF GS, Head of the Millitary Office of the President of France, President of the Security, Defence and Internal Affairs Permanent Committee of the National Assembly, principal and experts of the Strategic Research Fund, and representatives of the Armenian community in France. The RA Minister of Defence will also visit military educational institutions and AF sub-units of France. The signing of a cooperation document is planned to take place in Paris. This document will create legal bases for a bilateral cooperation between the defence departments of the two countries.

Օհանյանը հանդիպումներ կունենա Ֆրանսիայի պաշտպանության նախարարի, զինված ուժերի գլխավոր շտաբի պետի, Ազգային ժողովի անվտանգության, պաշտպանական և ներքին գործերի հարցերով մշտական հանձաժողովի նախագահի, Ֆրանսիայի Նախագահի ռազմական գրասենյակի ղեկավարի, Ռազմավարական հետազոտությունների հիմնադրամի տնօրենի և փորձագետների, հայ համայնքի ներկայացուցիչների հետ:

On the 8th of February, 2010 the delegation headed by the RA Minister of Defence Seyran Ohanyan made a five-day official visit to France. In the frames of the visit the Minister is to meet the Minister of Defence of France, Chief of the AF GS, General of Army Jan-Lui Gorgelen, Chief of the Special General Staff of the President of France, Admiral Eduar Giyar, President of the Defence and AF Permanent Committee of the National Assembly Gi Tesie, principal of the Strategic Research Fund-Institute Kamil Gran, head of the French diocese of the Armenian Apostolic church Bishop Norvan Zakaryan and representatives of the Armenian community in France.
