On the 23rd of September, 2010 ARM Minister of Defence Seyran Ohanyan met Pascal Wagner, Head of the ICRC Operations for Eastern Europe and Central Asia, and the head of the ICRC delegation in Armenia Kebir Raoloson Nadya.

During the meeting they discussed matters related to military and civil captives. The interlocutors touched upon the issue of returning our compatriots in the Azerbaijani side to Armenia, particularly Manvel Saribekyan, who recently was arrested by the Azerbaijanis and was declared as a “saboteur” by the Azerbaijani mass media.
