In accordance with the agreement made by the Armenian and Azerbaijani presidents on March 5 in Sochi, with the mediation of the president of the Russian Federation, the Armenian side returned the citizen of the Republic of Azerbaijan Anar Hajiyev to the Azerbaijani side, from the contact line of Azerbaijan and Nagorno-Karabakh close to Bash-Qarvend village, who had illegally crossed the Nagorno-Karabakh border on May 10 in 2009. The Azerbaijani side returned the citizen of the Republic of Armenia Arthur Badalyan.
