ՀՀ պաշտպանության նախարար Սեյրան Օհանյանը եռօրյա աշխատանքային այցով սեպտեմբերի 29-ից հոկտեմբերի 1-ը գտնվում էր Արցախում: Այցի ընթացքում պաշտպանության նախարարը ԼՂՀ պաշտպանության բանակի հրամանատար Մովսես Հակոբյանի հետ այցելել է պաշտպանության բանակի կենտրոնական, հյուսիսարևելյան և հյուսիսային ուղղությամբ տեղակայված մի շարք զորամասեր և ստորաբաժանումներ:

ԱվելինARM Defense Minister has Left for Russia
On September 26, ARM Defense Minister Seyran Ohanyan left for Russian Federation to participate in the concluding event of the active phase of “Center-2011” strategic drills organized in the framework of Collective Security Treaty Organisation (CSTO) held in Chebarkul firing range. Armenia participates in the drills with the status of an observer.

An Azerbaijani prisoner of war (POW) Roman Novruzoglu Huseynov has been transferred to a third country through mediation by The Office of the United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees (UNHCR) and the representatives of the International Organization for Migration in Armenia. The POW had refused to return to Azerbaijan and preferred to find refuge in a third country.
