Assuming the post of the ARM Special Civil Servant, the new employees of the ministry vowed to serve faithfully to their motherland, strictly preserve the ARM Constitution and laws, carry the noble rank of a special civil servant with dignity, and unconditionally carry out the service duties keeping the state and military secrets. ARM First Deputy Defense Minister Davit Tonoyan and Deputy Defense Minister Ara Nazaryan also took part in the ceremony and welcomed the civil servants.
