The Head of the Council Gegham Harutyunyan presented the work carried out by the Council to the Minister. Gegham Harutyunyan brought forward several suggestions towards strengthening the discipline and preventing the fatal incidents in the Armed Forces. Emphasizing the importance of the Council, Seyran Ohanyan noted that it should form a dialogue platform between the army and society through its active work, promoting analysis and appropriate solutions to the existing problems in the army as well as contributing to the inflow of health ideas into the institution.
