On September 26, ARM Defense Minister Seyran Ohanyan left for Russian Federation to participate in the concluding event of the active phase of “Center-2011” strategic drills organized in the framework of Collective Security Treaty Organisation (CSTO) held in Chebarkul firing range. Armenia participates in the drills with the status of an observer.
