An Azerbaijani prisoner of war (POW) Roman Novruzoglu Huseynov has been transferred to a third country through mediation by The Office of the United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees (UNHCR) and the representatives of the International Organization for Migration in Armenia. The POW had refused to return to Azerbaijan and preferred to find refuge in a third country.
