On 24 April in Tsitsernakaberd (Swallow Fortress), after gestures of respects towards the victims of Genocide, the RA Minister of Defence Seyran Ohanyan, by the requests of journalists, reported the announcement of Ilham Aliev made a day before. He stated that we are trying to avoid warlike announcements, but this does not mean than we are not ready to defend our country. Today our army is more than efficient and is ready to fulfill its tasks not only in the process of defending our country, but also to realize preventive activities.

ԱվելինՀարգանքի տուրք զոհերի հիշատակին
Ապրիլի 24-ին լրացավ 20-րդ դարի առաջին ցեղասպանության` Հայոց մեծ Եղեռնի 95-րդ տարելիցը: Եվ ինչպես տասնյակ տարիներ շարունակ, այս տարի էլ հոծ բազմությունը ձգվում էր դեպի Ծիծեռնակաբերդի հուշահամալիր: Հանրապետության ղեկավարությունը` նախագահ Սերժ Սարգսյանի գլխավորությամբ, տասնյակ հազարավոր քաղաքացիներ ծաղիկներ ու ծաղկեպսակներ են դրել անմար կրակին` հարգանքի տուրք մատուցելով Ցեղասպանության անմեղ զոհերի հիշատակին:

Ապրիլի 24-ին Ծիծեռնակաբերդում` Ցեղասպանության զոհերի հիշատակին հարգանքի տուրք մատուցելուց հետո Հայաստանի Հանրապետության պաշտպանության նախարար Սեյրան Օհանյանը լրագրողների խնդրանքով արձագանքել է նախօրեին Իլհամ Ալիևի կողմից արված հերթական ռազմատենչ հայտարարությանը` ասելով որ, փորձում ենք զերծ մնալ ռազմատենչ հայտարարություններից, բայց դա չի նշանակում, որ մենք պատրաստ չենք մեր երկիրը պաշտպանել:

ԱվելինTowards the 65th Anniversary of the Great Victory
<img width="250" height="184" align="left" alt="" src="/UserFiles/Image/zinvorner-2010-04-23-a.jpg"/>In the military ceremony devoted to the 65th anniversary of the victory in the Great Patriotic War, which will take place on the 9th of May in Moscow - the capital of RF, Armenia will participate with a review group. The RA AF soldiers will march through the Red Square. In order to show up in the parade as is proper, already two weeks before the company staff began and is continuing its daily tough trainings. Due to the consistent and strict attention of person in charge, commander of the Armenian-Russian joint unit, Lieutenant-General Mikael Grigoryan and the officers day by day the parade drill and parade manners of the soldiers are improved.

During the forum diverse matters on armaments and military equipment were discussed. Opening the sitting the RA Minister of Defence Seyran Ohanyan informed the participants that the issues covered by the agenda were important for ensuring the efficiency of the National Army. In his report deputy chief of the RA AF GS Lieutenant-General Arshaluys Paytyan stated that in the reported time-period considerable work has been done to ensure the reliable and unfailing operation of the armament and military equipment. Military equipment has been recruited. The professional knowledge and capabilities of the staff have been improved. New equipment has been given to detachments, and methodological handbooks, etc. have been published.

ԱվելինՄեծ հաղթանակի 65-ամյակին ընդառաջ
<img width="250" height="184" align="left" src="/UserFiles/Image/zinvorner-2010-04-23-a.jpg" alt=""/>Հայրենական մեծ պատերազմում տարած հաղթանակի 65-րդ տարեդարձին նվիրված զորահանդեսին, որը տեղի կունենա մայիսի 9-ին ՌԴ մայրաքաղաք Մոսկվայում, Հայաստանը կմասնակցի շքերթային շարակազմով: ՀՀ ԶՈւ զինծառայողները հանդիսավոր քայլերթով կանցնեն Կարմիր հրապարակով: Զորահանդեսին ըստ արժանվույն ներկայանալու նպատակով վաշտի անձնակազմը դեռևս երկու շաբաթ առաջ սկսել և շարունակում է իր ամենօրյա քրտնաջան պարապմունքները: Պատասխանատու` Հայաստանում հայ-ռուսական միացյալ զորախմբի հրամանատար, գեներալ-լեյտենանտ Միքայել Գրիգորյանի և սպայակազմի հետևողական ու խիստ վերաբերմունքի արդյունքում օր օրի կատարելագործվում են զինվորների շարային կեցվածքն և շարային պատրաստությունը:

ԱվելինԿոլեգիայի նիստ պաշտպանության նախարարությունում
<img width="250" height="152" align="left" src="/UserFiles/Image/kolegiayi-nist-2010-04-23.jpg" alt=""/>Ապրիլի 23-ին ՀՀ պաշտպանության նախարարությունում տեղի ունեցավ կոլեգիայի նիստ, որի ընթացքում քննարկվեցին սպառազինությանը և ռազմական տեխնիկային առնչվող տարաբնույթ հարցեր: Բացելով նիստը՝ ՀՀ պաշտպանության նախարար Սեյրան Օհանյանը տեղեկացրեց մասնակիցներին, որ օրակարգում ընդգրկված խնդիրները հույժ կարևոր են ազգային բանակի մարտունակության ապահովման համար: Զեկույցով հանդես եկավ ՀՀ ԶՈՒ ԳՇ պետի տեղակալ, գեներալ-լեյտենանտ Արշալույս Փայտյանը՝ նշելով, որ հաշվետու ժամանակահատվածում զգալի աշխատանքներ են կատարվել սպառազինության և ռազմական տեխնիկայի հուսալի և անխափան գործարկումն ապահովելու ուղղությամբ: Համալրվել են ռազմատեխնիկական միջոցները, կատարելագործվել են շահագործող անձնակազմի մասնագիտական գիտելիքներն ու ունակությունները, զորամասերին հատկացվել են նոր սարքավորումներ, հրատարակվել են մեթոդական ձեռնարկներ և անհրաժեշտ տեխնիկական գրականություն:

On the 20th of April, 2010, in the conference hall of the RA MoD a republican recruitment commission conference took place, during which the results of the 2009 autumn recruit were summarized and matters were discussed and brought up for appropriately organizing and holding the 2010 spring recruit.
