According to the information received from the press service of the NKR Defence Army, on the 4th of September at around 06:50 am in the Northern side of the Karabakh-Azerbaijani contact line (about 2km East of Jraberd) a recurrent attempt of attack by the enemy’s intelligence-saboteur forces was recorded. Due to the respective activities of the Defence Army’s advanced units and a close fight the Azerbaijani assaults were thrown back, leaving one casualty in the Defence Army’s combat post. While escaping, the members of the sabotage group were blown up by mines – some are wounded. According to some intelligence information, one of them is a commander of Azerbaijani AF intelligence and another – the Azerbaijani AF miners’ company. There are no casualties from the Karabakh side. The gun with a silencer and the handcuffs found at the corpse of the Azerbaijani assault prove that the armed intelligence unit entered the NKR territory in order to realize saboteur activities and, in case of success, they were also to take Armenian servicemen captives. ԼՂՀ պաշտպանության բանակի մամուլի ծառայությունից ստացված տեղեկատվության համաձայն՝ սեպտեմբերի 4-ին, ժամը 06:50-ի սահմանում ղարաբաղա-ադրբեջանական զորքերի շփման գոտու հյուսիսարևելյան ուղղությամբ (Ջրաբերդ բնակավայրից մոտ 2կմ արևելք) արձանագրվել է հակառակորդի հետախուզական-դիվերսիոն խմբի հերթական առաջխաղացման փորձ: ՊԲ առաջապահ ստորաբաժանումների կողմից ձեռնարկված համապատասխան գործողությունների և ծավալված ձեռնամարտի արդյունքում ադրբեջանական գրոհայինները` ՊԲ մարտական հենակետում թողնելով 1 դիակ, հետ են շպրտվել: Փախուստի ճանապարհին դիվերսիոն խմբի անդամները պայթել են ականների վրա, կան վիրավորներ: Ըստ հետախուզական տվյալների՝ նրանցից մեկը Ադրբեջանի ԶՈւ հետախուզական, մյուսը՝ սակրավորային վաշտի հրամանատար է: Ղարաբաղյան կողմից կորուստներ չկան: Ադրբեջանական գրոհայինի դիակի մոտ հայտնաբերված խլացուցիչով հրազենը և ձեռնաշղթաները վկայում են, որ զինված հետախուզական խմբավորումը ԼՂՀ տարածք է ներխուժել դիվերսիոն գործողություն անցկացնելու, իսկ հաջողության հասնելու դեպքում՝ նաև հայ զինծառայողների գերեվարման նպատակով: Միջադեպի մանրամասները ճշտվում են: ՀՀ ՊՆ տեղեկատվության և հասարակայնության հետ կապերի վարչություն

Keeping faithful to its style and violating the armistice on the contact line, the Azerbaijani side once again organized firebrand sabotage. According to the information received from the press service of the NKR defence army, on the 31st of August, around 6:30 am in the North-Eastern part of the contact line between the Karabakh-Azerbaijan forces, towards one of the Armenian posts near the village of Verin Chaylu, the enemy has tried to realize sabotage activities. Due to the watchfulness of the Armenian post-keepers and as a result of the activities that were undertaken, enemy’s attack was halted, and the Azerbaijani special importance detachment, with casualties – wounded and dead – was thrown back to its posts. Unfortunately, during a close fight Private conscript of the defence army Rudik Tovmas Manaseryan, born in 1991, was wounded. The details of the incident are being examined. The Azerbaijani side, as always, has ascribed the sabotage of their own initiative to the Karabakh forces and has disseminated information allegedly the Armenian side has had casualties, as a result of the encounter. These announcements are sole disinformation and do not correspond with the reality. All of this, once again facts, that the government of the neighboring country ignores the efforts made towards a peaceful settlement of the NK conflict. They periodically undertake such activities, artificially destabilizing the situation at the borderline and endangering the settlement negotiation process. Such a behavior of the Azerbaijani AF not only causes a tension at the Armenian-Azerbaijani contact line, but also does not correspond to the announcements of the authorities of the neighboring country on their readiness for a peaceful NK conflict settlement.
