All the circles of the military medical service provide specialized medical care to the wounded servicemen

From the first day of the military operations unfolded on the borders of the Republic of Artsakh, all the circles of the military medical service of the Armed Forces have been brought to the level of combat readiness and have been staffed with the medical personnel.

The medical personnel of the Central Clinical Military Hospital of the RA Ministry of Defence is carrying out large-scale work in the conditions of martial law.

The hospital receives servicemen with different degrees of injuries, the activities are carried out on sorting and instrumental examination. The wounded servicemen are then taken to the appropriate departments and, if necessary, immediately to the operating room. The relatives of those being treated in the hospital are informed about the injuries of the servicemen, course of the treatment and results.

The first specialized medical care provided to the wounded on the frontline is carried out effectively as well and often there is no need for surgical intervention.

Many of the wounded servicemen are already recovering and will return to service soon. The psychologists also work with them, who state that the servicemen’s fighting spirit is high. The defenders of the homeland strive to go back to the frontline at the first opportunity to stand by their comrades-in-arms.

The civilian hospitals ready to receive the wounded at any time of the day and provide the necessary medical care have played an invaluable role in the recovery of the servicemen wounded during the combat operations.
