On Nov 20th Mr. Serzh Sargsyan, Secretary, National Security Council under the President of the Republic of Armenia, the Minister of Defense received the delegation headed by the chairman of the Executive Committee of the Commonwealth of Independent States (CIS) Vladimir Rushaylo.

After greeting each other Vladimir Rushaylo introduced the ongoing developments in the frames of CIS, also suggestions from Kazakhstan side concerning the modification of CIS structures. During the meeting interlocutors also discussed questions related to the session of CIS defense ministers council on November 23 in Brest.
