On March 24 the recurrent sitting of the interdepartmental commission coordinating the Defense Strategy Review held its recurrent sitting at the Ministry of Defense. The sitting was presided over by co-chairs of the commission, secretary of the National Security Council Arthur Baghdasaryan and Defense Mnister Seyran Ohanyan.

Member of the international advisory expert group, expert of the US Department of Defense, Dr. Antonio Bernards, as well as experts from the Republic of Bulgaria, Mr. Ilya Nalbantov and Colonel Vladimir Milensky, were invited to participate in the sitting. During the sitting discussed were issues related to the second stage of the defense strategy review. Dr. Bernards gave recommendation to members of the Commission on the methodology of the second stage. An agreement was reached to hold the next sitting in June of the current year.
