For the information military pensioners of long-term service included in the housing register: in accordance with the procedure defined by the RA Government Decree N 540-N of May 10, 2019, the process of providing gratuitous state financial support for the purchase of an apartment or house to former military personnel exempted from military service in the system of the Ministry of Defense of the Republic of Armenia and having the right to housing during military service continues.

The beneficiaries included in the queue for housing registration in the regions of the Republic of Armenia, which have not yet updated their housing affairs, are again invited to submit the following documents to the General Department of the Ministry of Defense of the Republic of Armenia for military personnel health care, social security and veterans issues (address: Yerevan , Babayan str. 4, tel. 010-28-74-41).

- a photocopy of the demobilization order,

- photocopies of the passports of the beneficiary and his family members (with originals),

- a photocopy of the marriage (divorce) certificate (together with the originals),

- reference from the passport department on the registration addresses of the beneficiary and his / her family members,

- a certificate from the passport office about the registration addresses of the beneficiary and his family members,

- photocopies of certificates of ownership of an apartment (residential building) at the place of residence of the beneficiary and his family members (with originals), as well as a reference from the passport department about persons registered in these apartments,

- reference from the condominium about the residents,

- a reference from the relevant subdivision of the State Committee for Real Estate Cadastre under the Government of the Republic of Armenia on the acquisition and (or) alienation of residential real estate with the right of ownership in the territory of the Republic of Armenia during the last 5 years on behalf of the beneficiary and his family members,

- reference issued by the relevant body to persons registered in the disaster zone or victims of a natural disaster, as well as in the case of refugees, that they were not provided with an apartment or a corresponding certificate for its purchase.
