On October 5, the communication subdivisions of the N Army Corps were brought to a "high" level of combat readiness.

Receiving the "alarm" signal, the servicemen in the prescribed manner and in military uniform came to the place of service, received the relevant instructions and occupied the designated areas. During the training, the combat readiness of the servicemen, the knowledge of duties and the ability to use as needed were checked.
