The meeting was also attended by the deputy head of the EU delegation, Jan Pleshinger.

Arshak Karapetyan presented the border situation, noting the actions of the Azerbaijani side aimed at destabilizing the situation.

In her turn, Andrea Victorin informed, that the EU supports the efforts of the OSCE Minsk Group co-chairs in the settlement of the Artsakh conflict, expressing readiness to contribute to the resumption of negotiations on such a format.

During the meeting the parties also touched upon a number of issues related to regional security.
