He results of the work of the Commission for the consideration of applications and complaints of citizens during the 2021 summer conscription were summed up and the upcoming events of the Council were discussed.

 The effectiveness of the appeals process conducted through the commission was noted. The Commission received 133 applications and complaints, after examining which it gave a course to 76 of them, which contributed to their fair resolution. 23 conscripts received legal grounds for the postponement, of which 22 were due to health conditions, 1 due to family conditions, 3 were declared unfit for military service and registered in the reserve. In addition, the issue of conscription of 27 conscripts has been suspended and will be resolved at the next conscription due to the need for additional and control medical examinations.

Discussing the upcoming activities of the Public Council, it was decided to determine within two weeks and present to the Minister of Defence those directions and tasks of the defense policy, on which the efforts of the Public Council should be focused in order to promote the reforms of the Armed Forces.
