The Minister of Defence outlined the importance of effective cooperation between the two government departments. Among the implemented programs, Arshak Karapetyan highlighted the activities of the sports platoon of the Armed Forces, stressing that it will continue to be replenished with recruited athletes who have achieved the best results in Armenia. At the same time, Minister Karapetyan stressed that it is a prerequisite to improve their abilities as conscripts while serving in a sports platoon, otherwise the decisions regarding the conditions of their service may be revised.

The Minister of Education and Science thanked Arshak Karapetyan for the effective cooperation, noting that it will bring his contribution to the armed forces as well as to the sports life of Armenia.
