On May 20, the Ministry of Defence of the Republic of Armenia organized a visit of military attachés of foreign embassies accredited in the Republic of Armenia to Syunik region to familiarize themselves on the spot with the situation that arose as a result of the penetration of the Azerbaijani armed forces into the territory of Armenia.

The representatives of the command of the responsible subdivision of the Armed Forces presented to the military attachés the situation after May 12, the developments, the actions taken by the Armenian side, answered the military attachés questions of interest and clarifying.

Accompanied by representatives of the command, the military attachés visited the vicinity of Lake Sev, recorded the presence of Azerbaijani servicemen in the territory of the Republic of Armenia, and observed the deployment of Armenian and Azerbaijani forces in the area.
