The anniversary of the formation of one of the engineer-sapper military units of the RA Armed Forces was celebrated

On April 17, at the Komitas Palace of Culture in Echmiadzin, an event was held dedicated to the 28th anniversary of the formation of one of the engineer-sapper military units of the RA Armed Forces.

During the event, the history of the formation of the military unit and the past military path, the current activities and the combat issues of engineering support were discussed, as a result of which the military unit was repeatedly recognized as the best in the Armed Forces.

The military unit did not stay away from the last war in Artsakh. For the contribution to the defense of the homeland and unwavering devotion to the parents and relatives of the heroes who died during the 44-day war, the command staff of the military unit presented the "Combat Service" medals, awarded posthumously by decrees of the President of the Republic of Armenia.
