Since July 2019, a hotline service has been operating at the General Staff of the Armed Forces of the Republic of Armenia with the aim of promptly responding to the servicemen's statements, complaints and suggestions, as well as to strengthen the army-society ties and mutual trust.

If necessary, the servicemen who applied to the "Trust Line" service can also be provided with psychological support. The applicant can provide information anonymously.
