On February 22, the Minister of Defence of the Republic of Armenia Vagharshak Harutyunyan received the delegation led by the EU Special Representative for the Crisis in the South Caucasus and Georgia Toivo Klaar. The meeting was also attended by the head of the EU Delegation to Armenia, Ambassador Andrea Vitorin.

Vagharshak Harutyunyan stressed that Azerbaijan does not comply with the provisions of paragraph 8 of the statement on the return of prisoners of war and other detained persons and uses this process for political purposes to exert additional pressure on Armenia.
