The Minister of Defence received the Ambassador of Georgia to Armenia

On February 16, the Minister of Defence of the Republic of Armenia Vagharshak Harutyunyan received the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Georgia to Armenia Georgy Saganelidze, and the newly appointed Military Attaché of the Embassy, Lieutenant Colonel Jaba Toroshelidze.

The RA Minister of Defence congratulated the military attaché on his appointment and expressed hope that his activity would contribute to the further development of cooperation between the defence departments of the two countries.

During the meeting, the sides discussed issues related to the Armenian-Georgian multilateral cooperation, which are of mutual interest, as well as issues of regional security.
