In the early morning of September 28, Minister of Defence of the Republic of Armenia David Tonoyan held an operative consultation with the leadership of the Ministry of Defence, the Armed Forces and the General Staff of the Armed Forces. The Minister was informed about the operative situation on the Artsakh-Azerbaijani line of contact and state border of Armenia.

At the core of the consultation was the situation created as a result of the military operations unleashed by the Azerbaijani side.

David Tonoyan gave relevant instructions on restraining the opponent, counteracting the offensive actions and providing the necessary assistance to the defence army.
