In case of the compensations defined by the law to the members of the families of the killed (deceased) servicemen and disabled servicemen, support amounts, one-time financial assistance once a year in cases prescribed by the law, certificate and reference confirming the status of a combatant, in case of determining the status of being a beneficiary of the servicemen’s insurance fund and for the issues related to the process of receiving compensation amounts, it is necessary to apply to the department of providing social security guarantees and rights for privileges.
